Todd English Gives Great Pub!

Pubs, known as “Public Houses” are traditionally drinking establishments often located in the center of the villages in the UK and it’s todd engish pubsister countries. They function as a community center, where locals gather to share a “pint” and unwind.

Fast forward across the sea to the breathtaking Aria hotel in “bigger than life” Las Vegas and enter the Todd English’s “kicked up” 1000 notches “version of his P.U.B. (“Public Urban Bar”).  What Todd does best in this venue is deliver every fantasy a Pub lover might want with great food, drink and effortless service.

Our group from all over the country arrived 27 strong. We had chosen   the P.U.B. , since it could accommodate all 27 (yes , that is correct) of us at one long table and deliver a superior drinking and dining experience at a reasonable (by Las Vegas standards) prix fix of $37 per person.

I was not one of the organizers, but was incredibly impressed by the quality of the choices (huge beer and wine menu) and the way the PUB experience was delivered.

The group sat down and immediately was able to order the beverage of choice and then the delicious and traditional pub food began arriving including platters of assorted sliders, both “skinny” and “fat” French fries ,  pigs in the blanket,  pork and beans,  yummy hotdogs in rectangular rolls, and creamy, dreamy mac and cheese.

We had two vegetarians in our party that were accommodated as well.

What made this an outstanding experience was the fact that we didn’t have to order or worry about separate checks for this exceptionally large group since the food kept arriving and there was something for everyone.

It created a hassle free, comfortable drinking and dining experience with delicious food, great beer and wine in a beautiful atmosphere.

Todd English is a renowned chef and brings his remarkable culinary talents to elevate what most of us would consider fast food.  The todd english pub Barbread and rolls that the sliders and hotdogs are served on are exceptional and the presentation adds a sense of fine dining to the experience.

I fully intend to go back on my next Las Vegas visit to taste the numerous other menu items and beverages such as the “fresh raw bar” and some of the delectable sounding meats and sauces at the “carvery”.
